First Place Team “The Blue Crew” – Outer Banks Blue

On October 18th 21 teams took to Duck Woods Country Club in support of Interfaith Community Outreach.  Congratulations to the 1st Flight -First Place Team, “The Blue Crew” with a score of 59. Team players were Tim Cafferty, Dave Roberts, John Mercer & Patrick Burns. Second Place Winner was “Outer Banks Furniture” with a score of 59. Team players were Jim Cerza, Jimmy Cerza, Bobby Sayre & Tom Hillard.  2nd Flight- First Place with a score of 62 was the “Banks Team”, Richard Banks, Dale Banks & Sandy & Thomas Keeling. Second Place with a score of 63 the “Danner Team”, Barry Danner, Dan Hurley, Andrew Carlton & Jason Haight. 3rd Flight- First Place with a score of 67 was “Kellogg Supply Company” team players were Chris O’Neill, Todd Smrdel, Philip Foreman & Aaron Crossway. Second Place winner with a score of 67 was “Dominion Energy”, team players were Daniel Garrett, Will Foxwell, Brian Knowles & Josh Simpson. Director Jenniffer Albanese says, “A big thank you to Duck Woods Country Club and all the Teams and Players that made this day possible. Thank you to our sponsors, First Team Hampton Chevrolet for the Hole in One Sponsorship, Towne Bank, SAGA, Twiford Funeral Services, C. Scott Dashiell-Allstate, Nags Head Hammocks, Coastal Atlantic Shutters, Coastal Beverage, Outer Banks Brewing Station, the 18-hole sponsorships, all the local businesses that donated gift certificates for the great prizes, all the volunteers and the donors who made the day a huge success.  From its office in Kill Devil Hills, ICO provides direct financial support to residents who are facing a temporary emergency crisis.  In 2020 ICO was able to give back to our community over $400,000 in monetary outreach to our neighbors facing temporary financial crises.  All proceeds from this golf tournament will go to support outreach for ICO.
