Come enjoy plenty of laughs at this charity event. ICO was invited to participate in “The Last Dance” Womanless Beauty Pageant on November 4th at Kelly’s. Our Womanless Woman will be Lou Williams with Dominion NC Energy and ICO Volunteer. ICO is one of the charities to benefit from this fun event.
